Grounding for Health

Over the years I have found grounding for health to be very beneficial.


I've also witnessed many friends receive great benefits from grounding for health, one friend in particular was unable to sleep, he tried many things without results and when he started grounding he was able to sleep a full night through, for the first time in years.

I feel the benefits anytime I connect with nature, wether it be watching the sunrise or sunset, spending time at the ocean, in the mountains, or just sitting somewhere under a tree.


Personally I feel that spending time in nature helps us to reconnect with ourselves and that infinite intelligence behind all that is.


After all, the rivers know how to flow, the trees know how to grow, the birds know how to sing and animals intuitively know what to eat and what to avoid.


I believe we all have an intuitive guidance system that guides us to know what is right and what is wrong for us, however I feel we have lost our ability to tune into that guidance (infinite intelligence) by being programmed to be who every one else wants us to be, and because of the "busyness" that we all seem to be caught up in.


So next time you have some free time, and even more importantly if you don't, I encourage you all to sit somewhere in nature and just absorb the beauty around you, tune into that deep part of who you really are, or better still lay down or walk barefoot on the grass...
