Hemp seeds can be sprinkled over any meal upon serving but they are also very good to blend to make milk first, or even blend them into a salad dressing so that the omega 3 and 6 oils are released and easy to digest.
It is always best to blend seeds and water first to make Hemp Milk and then add fruit and supplements and blend again.
1/2 cup of Hemp Seeds
1 litre of flittered water or coconut water
Hempy Antioxidant Smoothie
1 frozen banana
1 small handful of frozen blueberries
1 small handful of frozen mango pieces
2 teaspoons of antioxidant enzymes
